Procore packages its AI agents — and previews Skills
On July 23, Procore introduced three Digital Coworker packages, expanded its AI agent library to roughly 20 agents, and previewed Skills, a capability that lets a contractor encode their own procedures, standards, and best practices into the agents so every project applies the same company playbook. Skills rolls out across all Digital Coworker packages in August. The Enterprise tier adds Agent Studio for building custom agents.
The agent lineup covers the document-heavy parts of the job: contract review, deep search, schedule analysis, site safety, change analysis, RFIs, daily logs, and submittal review.
Why it matters for you: The pricing story here is the real story. Packaging agents into tiers means AI stops being a line item you evaluate and starts being a seat you renew. If you're a GC comparing platforms, the question shifts from "does it have AI" to "whose operating layer are you standardizing on."
